Owner and Head Chef SALVADOR ALCOTAS has 43 years of experience. He started cooking at a young age in the Philippines for an authentic Chinese restaurant for a few years. He then worked at a French restaurant called Au Bon Vivant where he mastered the art of cooking French cuisine. Following these solid foundations, he worked in Sulo Restaurant, Manila Hotel, Holland American Cruise Ship, Loews NY Hotel, and Metropolitan Hotel. Salvador’s year of experience and passion for cooking is what makes his food extraordinary. His food is an experience and he’s looking forward to sharing this with you.
